The parcel must be unused and with original packing. Return the product immediately after spotting the defect or fault. Any delay might hinder the procedure. For the refund, mail us and you will be given a tracking number. Include the original purchase receipt along with the return package so that your refund can be processed properly.

Please note that the hygiene seal of the parcel should not be broken, else the item cannot be returned. Moreover, if the product is stolen, damaged or returned in unsalable condition, you will not get any refund. Therefore, make sure that the product you return is fully intact and in salable condition.
