At any given time, if you are not satisfied with our medicine or service, you can return the item, and you will be given complete refund as per the condition of the consignment returned.
If you want to return the item, you need to inform us immediately. Business contracts related to refund or cancellation make it compulsory on the part of customer to notify the supplier about the defect/shortcoming in the product without wasting any time. The supplier will make the full refund and the customer just needs to reimburse shipment charges.
Nevertheless, if the product has been damaged or stolen, the company will deduct the refund amount, which is meant for the customer. If the seal of the parcel has been tampered or broken, the customer cannot return the item to us. In addition, if a faulty or defective product has been return that can’t be sold again, the company will not pay the refund amount.
